James (Jimmy) Doiron Wedding
Just an update on one of our lost cousins. James and April have been living happily in downtown Calgary for about 15 years. They have an 11-year-old son named Brandon. James has worked at Calgary International Airport for many years.
Kitty's Summer Haircut
Summer can be very uncomfortable for cats with lots of fur, so I take mine to a place where they get a nice bath and grooming. Angel and Babie also get shaved. By the end of summer, they'll have healthy new coats. Although they're somewhat embarassed, they are very greatful to get rid of the clumps and to stay cool. They even got to wear western bandanas for a day.
My Summer Garden
Even though I have limited room with my postage-stamp sized back yard, and small space in front, I do have some color to enjoy.
Calgary Stampede
Here's a picture of Stampede 2006 on Sunday 9th when the hail stones were the size of golf balls. Needless to say, we didn't spend much time on the grounds. They had to stop the Grandstand Show halfway through.
But we did get to see a lot of interesting indoor exhibits.
